Recently re–emerging as a great power in Asia, Indian ‘soft power’ – the capacity to achieve national objectives through attraction and co-optation - is still weak.

With CIS Research fellow Dr. John Lee will look at the reasons behind this, and what New Delhi must do to improve as India rises.
