jeremy-sammutWhat happens when two advocates of the free market are asked to write the chapter on health policy for an academic history of the NSW Labor Government (1995-2011)? This event will discuss Labor's failures in health and the lessons for the reform-shy O'Farrell Government. It will also examine how the 'progressive' Establishment responds to those who don't share their assumptions.

Dr. Jeremy Sammut is a Research Fellow at the CIS and co-author with David Gadiel of the health policy chapter of From Carr to Keneally: Labor in Office, 1995-2011 (forthcoming).
