Michael Darling (Chairman)
Michael Darling (Chairman) is Director of Caledonia (Private) Investments Pty Limited. He is also a member of the Asian Advisory Board of Prudential Asia. He has served as a Director of the Australian Stock Exchange and the Australian Wool Realisation Commission. He is past Chairman of Art Exhibitions Australia and was trustee of the National Gallery of Victoria. He has been a member of the CIS Board since 1986 and Chairman since 2004.
